I apologize for the recent lack of updates, but I’ve had a lot going on in my personal life lately and real life stuff always comes first. I hope you understand.

The streaming media archive is now open. Please note that there isn’t much there yet, but I am working on it and hope to have even more videos added over the weekend. The template will also be updated in the semi-near future to something that’s a little more eye pleasing than the current basic look.

My personal life has been super busy lately and will likely continue to be busy over the summer and I’m kind of at a place where I need some help on a few sites in order to get them caught up to where they need to be and this is one of those sites. Here is a list of what I need help with here:
- sorting, resizing, tagging and uploading hq/mq event images, photoshoots and The O.C. episode stills and promo photos that I currently have in my collection
- capping (from DVD) and uploading Ben’s scenes and DVD extras in Seasons 1-4 of The O.C.
- creating and uploading videos to the upcoming streaming media archive
If you are interested in helping out, please email me with a link to your site or collective so that I can review some of your work and see if you would be the right fit for the site. I will review all emails within 1 week and will respond in a timely manner after that. Temporary help for the summer would be just as helpful as a permanent staffer, so don’t hesitate to apply if you are only able to help for the next couple of months. Knowledge of html, php, Coppermine and WordPress are a must. Serious applicants only please.
Welcome back. I apologize for the downtime, but it took me a while to get everything re-coded and make sure all the pages were working properly. I hope you will all love the shiny new look that my friend Dora created as much as I do. Please note that comments are now open, so feel free and share feedback or comment on articles and such. New photos will be added very soon, I’ve just been super busy lately and haven’t had time to work on any gallery updates.
I’m also currently working on getting the streaming media archive (for video and audio clips) off the ground, but that is still going to take a little while, so please continue to be patient with me. If anyone has any video or audio clips they’d like to share, please email them to me at stef@benjamin-mckenzie.org and they will be added (with full credit) to the media archive before its grand opening in the semi-near future. Please note that I have clips of most all of Ben’s recent television and radio interviews, but am happy to accept any and all donations that you guys are kind enough to send in.
If you haven’t had a chance to see them yet, Ben Pix Central has posted some new photos of Ben and Kerry Washington in Texas supporting Barack Obama at the University of Texas in Austin, TX on February 28th and a rally in Bryan, TX on February 29th. I’ll be adding some photos in the gallery soon as well.
